Kris Flath

Kris Flath currently serves as a Project Manager at RBE | Radmacher Brothers Excavating, a position held since September 2022, and previously held the role of Quality Control Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer/Quality Control at Radmacher Brothers Excavating since December 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Superintendent at Gunter Construction Company and as a Quality Control Manager at Phillips Hardy Inc., where responsibilities involved overseeing quality management plans for bridge and heavy grading projects in Missouri. Kris's career also includes a role as a Construction Inspector with the Missouri Department of Transportation and a Civil Engineering Field Intern with the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department. Early in the career, Kris worked on the grounds crew at Eagle's Landing Golf Course. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and participation in the High School/College Partnership at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
