Rachel Radmacher

Rachel Radmacher is an experienced operations specialist and office manager currently employed at RBE | Radmacher Brothers Excavating and Howco Utilities, respectively, since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role in human resources at Burns & McDonnell from June 2018 to January 2022 and serving as an educational leadership consultant at Kappa Alpha Theta Headquarters from June 2016 to May 2017. Additionally, Rachel gained experience as a special events intern at the St. Louis Cardinals from May 2015 to May 2016. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing & Communications from Saint Louis University, a Master of Business Administration from the UMKC Henry W. Bloch School of Management, and an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Business School.
