Dieter Van Esch is an experienced professional in the fields of HR, digital communication, and marketing. Currently serving as Captain at CaptainWork since December 2020, Dieter co-founded the company to innovate in the HR sector during the COVID-19 crisis, enhancing employer branding through a unique combination of video and digital marketing strategies. Dieter holds various positions as a VAR Replay Operator for both Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd and the Royal Belgian Football Association. The career also includes co-founding Balls and Glory and Blue Zoo Social Media, along with a significant tenure at Intracto and RCA, where Dieter contributed as Head of Brands and Partner. Educational background includes a degree in Public Relations, Communication and Media Studies from Hogeschool PXL.
