Kelly has held various roles, including Senior Tax Manager, Tax Manager, Tax Senior, and Tax Staff, demonstrating significant expertise in tax-related matters. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting and Finance, from Christian Brothers University, completing this degree in 2009.
