Previously, Lauren held roles as Human Resource and Communications Director, managing HR functions and developing comprehensive communications strategies to enhance brand identity. With extensive experience in communications and marketing, including positions at the Texas Psychological Association and Reisman-White, Lauren has successfully executed communication plans and marketing initiatives. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina and completion of the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

RBI Austin
RBI Austin, an affiliate of Major League Baseball’s Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities program, is a Christian-based nonprofit organization in Austin, TX providing baseball and softball leagues, clinics, and year-round mentoring to underserved youth and communities. Founded in 2011, RBI Austin is a mentoring program that leverages baseball and softball to address the fatherless crisis in East Austin. Starting with 118 kids in 2011, RBI Austin now serves over 1,400 kids ages four to eighteen. Over the years, the mission has remained the same: to engage and develop inner-city Austin youth athletically, academically, and spiritually, empowering them to lead the transformation of their communities. RBI Austin is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (Tax ID 82-3961043).
