Matt Price

Matt Price is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both real estate and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Co-Owner of Howdy Vacation Rentals LLC since October 2023, Price focuses on maximizing income for property owners through short-term rental services. Additionally, Price has been an active real estate investor in Austin and the Texas Hill Country since January 2021, specializing in both long-term and short-term rental properties. As the Founder and Executive Director of RBI Austin since December 2010, Price leads a youth development nonprofit affiliated with Major League Baseball's Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities program. Prior experience includes roles at Frost Bank as a Relationship Banking Officer and Associate Relationship Manager from June 2007 to December 2010. Price holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from Wheaton College, earned in 2007.
