Alok Rastogi

Alok Rastogi is Head - Corporate Centre at RBL Bank. He joined with over 27 years of experience in the banking industry, as well as in establishing and expanding a technology start-up.

In his current role, Alok leads the Operations and Client Services unit of the Bank spearheading automation of processes to improve operational efficiency and process simplification. He will also be responsible for cost optimization and transformation at the Bank level.

Prior to joining RBL Bank, Alok has been a part of a variety of set-ups. He has worked in banks for 16 years, handling key CXO positions at various multinational and private sector banks. He started his career with Citibank and went on to lead their transformation agenda of moving to a centralized processing platform in India. Later, as the Chief Operating Officer at Yes Bank, Alok set up a pan India branch network and two centralized processing centres. He has also worked with CRISIL, where he oversaw implementation of a technology-driven Centre of Excellence and capability hubs for data analytics catering to some major clients. During his entrepreneurial journey, Alok co-founded Pragmatix, a company that offered business intelligence, analytics and digital solutions to banks across multiple geographies, which was acquired by India’s largest rating agency.

Alok is an alumnus of IIM Kolkata. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
