Kapildev Sardesai

Kapildev Sardesai is currently serving as an Assistant Manager in the Legal department at RBL Bank since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kapildev gained extensive experience in human resources at Mahindra Finance from January 2017 to May 2022, holding positions as both a Human Resources Executive and HR Associate. Additional HR experience includes a role as HR Associate at Zydus Group from April 2016 to January 2017, focusing on HR operations. Early career experience includes retail sales at Titan Company Limited from December 2014 to April 2016, where responsibilities encompassed customer service and stock management. Kapildev holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor in Management Studies with a specialization in Marketing and Advertising Communication from Lala Lajpatrai College of Commerce and Economics, obtained in 2014. Early education was completed at Shardashram Vidyamandir from 1997 to 2008.
