Manan Vaidya

Manan Vaidya is an experienced professional in product marketing and user experience design, currently serving as a Product Marketing Manager at RBL Bank since May 2025. In this role, Manan leads go-to-market strategies and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive product adoption. Previously, Manan held positions as a User Experience Researcher at Betaque and IIFL, and as a Customer Experience Auditor at FloorWalk, focusing on improving customer satisfaction. Manan also contributed to design strategy as Head of Design at ConveUX, and actively engaged as a Student Ambassador for Zuno by Foundit, MyGov India, and Acmegrade, promoting student involvement and brand growth. Manan holds a Bachelor of Design in User Experience/User Interface from Jagran Lakecity University, studied from 2020 to 2024.
