Rajesh Adhikari

Rajesh Adhikari is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the banking and ratings sectors. Currently serving as Vice President 2 and Regional Head at RBL Bank since December 2017, Rajesh leads the South and West relationship for various financial services including Inclusive Finance Institution Lending, managing teams across major cities such as Bangalore, Chennai, and Mumbai. Previous roles include Deputy Vice President and Relationship Manager focused on SME and start-up banking, where responsibilities encompassed asset management and digital payment solutions. Prior to RBL Bank, Rajesh was a Senior Manager at SMERA Ratings Ltd. for over nine years, specializing in ratings for MSMEs, emerging mid corporates, and other financial entities. Rajesh holds a DFM and PGDM in Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management & Research and a BCom from Shankar Narayan College of Arts & Commerce.
