Sidharth Rath

Sidharth Rath is a results-oriented professional currently serving as a Product Manager for Credit Cards at RBL Bank since October 2023, where significant achievements include upgrading the Rewards & Loyalty Program, enhancing user engagement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Prior to this, Sidharth held the position of Deputy Manager at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, leading research initiatives to improve customer experience and product positioning. Additional experience includes an FP&A internship with the Housing & Urban Development Department, a summer internship at Decathlon analyzing customer behavior for Team Sports, and a research internship at Seva Mandir focusing on rural data analysis.
