Subhadip Biswas

Subhadip Biswas is an experienced banking professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as RSM for East Secured Assets at RBL Bank since January 2024. Responsibilities include managing a team and driving monthly business targets across Housing and Education Loans. Prior to RBL Bank, Subhadip held various key roles at IndusInd Bank, leading the Housing Loan division and overseeing a large team while fostering partnerships and enhancing business distribution. Earlier experience at Magma Fincorp Limited and HDFC Sales involved strategic planning, product management, and marketing support within the mortgage sector. A graduate of the University of Calcutta with a B.Com (Hons.) and a PGDBM from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Subhadip has consistently demonstrated expertise in team management, business development, and financial product sales.
