Maria Protogeraki is an experienced professional in customer experience and project management, currently serving as an Engagement Manager at REBORRN since September 2022. Prior to this role, Maria accumulated extensive experience at 100mentors, holding various positions including Head of CX & PM, Customer Experience Manager & PM, and Customer Experience Associate from October 2016 to September 2022. Earlier in their career, Maria contributed to AIESEC as a Public Relations Manager and Project Manager & Recruiter from January 2015 to January 2017. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science & Technology from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Techno-Economic Systems from the National Technical University of Athens.
