Radu Gavrila

Radu Gavrila is an experienced professional with a diverse background in HR, product management, and project management. Currently serving as an Engagement Manager at REBORRN since May 2024, Radu previously held the position of Product People Partner at Happening, where responsibilities included building the people experience as a product and executing strategic plans with global senior leaders. Prior experience at Superbet as Group HR Delivery Director involved designing HR solutions rooted in product management practices and implementing collaboration tools. Radu started with ING, progressively taking on roles including Project Manager and Pension Administration Manager, achieving significant cost savings and managing large-scale projects. Radu's educational qualifications include an Executive MasterClass in Organisational Change from Rotterdam School of Management and a mini-MBA from the London School of Business and Finance.
