Kevin Reynolds

Kevin Reynolds is the CEO of RBR-Technologies. Kevin previously served as the Senior Action Officer at DISA from January 2011 to December 2011. In this role, they led a team of 9 senior action officers to provide situational awareness to the DISA director and other senior DISA leadership on the status of the Global Information Grid (GIG) and other high priority initiatives. Kevin also developed a plan for the Defense Enterprise Service Operations Center to support 4.5M DoD enterprise users, and developed requirements / planning documents to integrate new tool sets within the DCC for near real time situational awareness. Kevin also prepared deliverable reports and executive level briefings / presentations for DCC and DISA Senior Leadership, and developed Common Operating Picture Requirements for 15 use cases for the DISA Command Center and DISA NetOps Centers. Additionally, they developed Common Operating Picture and Command and Control (COPC2) tools for the DISA Command Center for monitoring and reporting on DoD Enterprise Email Service, Defense Enterprise Portal Services, and Defense Connect Online (DCO), as well as a GEO-INTEL Common Operating Reporting tool for the DCC Intel Fusion Cell to present intelligence reports in a more efficient way to the DCC Commander.
