Caroline Torma is a journalist, with an MBA in Business Management and a specialization in History. She is the Director of Marketing at Grupo RBS, with eight years of experience in change management, crisis management, internal marketing, PR, branding and event management. Executive at Fundação Maurício Sirotsky Sobrinho, Grupo RBS's social responsibility brand, and head of Planeta Atlântida, the largest music festival in southern Brazil. Leader of projects that won the Top de Marketing ADVB, Aberje and Top Ser Humano ABRH awards. She has 16 years of experience in newsrooms, working as a correspondent, reporter, producer and editor for General and Economics. Twice finalist of the Esso Award in the Science Journalism category.
