Fernando Tornaim

Fernando Tornaim is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the media and entertainment sectors. As a partner and Vice President of the board at Grupo RBS since June 2022, Fernando plays a pivotal role in the organization. Fernando is also the co-founder and CEO of Tornak Holding, established in October 2012, which focuses on innovations in leisure, entertainment, and convenience, operating in real estate, experiential arenas, digital communication, marketing, and retail. Prior to these roles, Fernando co-founded and served as General Director of Kzuka from October 2000 to September 2005, a pioneering communication platform for Brazilian youth, which was sold to Grupo RBS, where Fernando continued as co-founder and General Director until September 2012.
