John Mullins

John Mullins is an experienced professional in human capital and organizational development, currently serving as Executive Head of Human Capital at RBS Insurance Brokers since April 2024, while also operating as an Employee Engagement & Culture Specialist and Leadership Development Content Creator at PeopleSwitch, which John founded. Prior roles include Head of People & Culture and Organisational Development Manager at xneelo (Pty) Ltd, and Head of Organisation Development & Learning at BroadReach Corporation, where John oversaw various initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership and employee engagement. A co-founder of PeopleSwitch and former Managing Director at People Futures PTY Ltd, John also held the position of HR Consultant at Old Mutual South Africa. John holds a B.Soc.Sci degree in Industrial Sociology and Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
