Jo Kingsley-Rowe

Jo is the Head of HR for RBS International.

Jo has over 20 years’ experience in HR and started her career in recruitment including 4 years at Accenture, the multinational technology and consulting firm.

Since joining the NatWest Group in 2008, Jo has held a variety of senior HR business partner roles across a number of functions including marketing, communications, strategy and ventures, services and retail banking.

Jo holds a first class BSc (Honours) in American Business Studies from the University of Wales, Swansea and an MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Jo is bilingual and speaks fluent French.
