Manish is the Managing Director & COO and co-manages the Valuation Advisory practice of RBSA.

He specializes in Valuation of Real Estate, Valuation of Industrial Assets, Plant & Machinery for Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Reporting etc. He is also actively involved in Real Estate Advisory and Technical Assurance practices.

Manish is one of the prime movers for RBSA’s growth and actively manages the overall Firm Operations.

He is from Science Faculty and further specialized in Asset Valuation and accredited himself Master of Valuation in Real Estate and Master of Valuation in Plant & Machinery.

Manish is also a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), UK.

He is an Insolvency Professional registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
