Tejal R. Shah

Tejal is a Director and manages the Financial Valuations and Advisory activities of RBSA.

She specializes in Financial Valuations, Valuation of Intangible Assets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Purchase Price Allocations under IFRS and US GAAP and other Financial Reporting matters etc.

She is an Engineer and has completed MMS in Finance. She has actively pursued Financial Valuation as a career path. She has been involved with some of the major Equity and Intangible Valuations that RBSA has performed.
