Hazel Crawley

Hazel Crawley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial management and business development. Currently serving as the Commercial & New Business Director at Rheinmetall BAE Systems Land (RBSL) since June 2024, Hazel previously held significant roles at Lockheed Martin from January 2010 to June 2024, including Head of Commercial for Platform Integration and WCSP. Prior experience includes a tenure at MBDA UK from 1991 to December 2009, where Hazel progressed from Senior Commercial Manager to roles focused on Commercial & Supply Chain. Hazel holds a BA (Hons) in Business & HR, earned between 1994 and 1997.
