Pazit Ribak-Barnoy

Pazit Ribak-Barnoy has been working in the business and marketing industry since 1999. Pazit began their career as Manager at the Complementary Services at Maccabi in 1999. In this role, they were responsible for marketing development and customer service, handling public complaints, service quality, instruction, and work process improvement. Pazit also customized and implemented an Information System Project.

In 2006, Pazit began working at RBtec as CEO. Her responsibilities included identifying business opportunities and creating business partnerships, marketing management and responsibility for regional marketing managers, and monitoring and supporting marketing activities within the territories. Additionally, they built marketing methods and annual work plans.

In their role as Marketing and Business Development Manager at RBtec, Pazit was responsible for identifying new markets and attracting new clients, managing and retaining relationships with existing clients, and conducting market research to identify potential markets where their solution could fulfill their needs.

Pazit Ribak-Barnoy has a diverse educational background. Pazit obtained their MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2006, majoring in Business Administration and Marketing. Pazit then obtained their BA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1999, majoring in Healthcare Management. Finally, they graduated from Rotberg high school.
