Amanda Olesky is an experienced engineering and sales professional with a strong background in application engineering, account management, and accounting. Currently serving as an Application Engineer at RB&W Manufacturing since October 2014, Amanda's previous roles include Fastener Inside Sales Account Manager at All State Fastener, where responsibilities involved managing key OEM accounts and overseeing product quoting and availability processes. Amanda’s early career featured positions as an Accountant at Malone and Co and 1 year, where comprehensive accounting duties were performed for multiple small businesses. As a Fastener Application Engineer at Acument Global Technologies, Amanda focused on providing cost-saving solutions and addressing product design challenges. Amanda's career began at Venture (now Cadence) as a Lab Technician, progressing to assistant manager within a year. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Baker College and dual Bachelor's degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
