John Abberton

John Abberton LC, RCDD has extensive experience in the lighting and electrical engineering sectors, currently serving in Controls Specifications at RC Lurie Co. since January 2018. Previously, John was a District Manager at Philips Lighting, overseeing the Arizona and Las Vegas markets for various product lines from April 2011 to December 2017. Prior to this role, John held the position of Vice President of Engineering Services at Allied Group Sales from April 2000 to February 2011. Early in John’s career, positions included Regional Specification Sales Engineer at Leviton and Field Sales Representative at Hubbell Incorporated. John began professional endeavors as an Electrical Designer at LSW Engineers Arizona, Inc. Educationally, John studied at Arizona State University, Saint Tarcissus, Moon Valley High School, and Saint Patrick High School.
