Ilia Savinkov

Ilia Savinkov has extensive experience in finance and business development, currently serving as the Deputy Managing Director of Finance at RC Module since September 2009. Previously, Ilia held various leadership roles within the same company, including Head of Division for Finance and Business Development, Head of Department for Budgeting and Overseas Activities, and Head of Department for Analysis and Marketing. Prior experience includes a position as Project Manager at IC "Solev" from June 2005 to August 2009. Ilia holds a Master's degree in Property Valuation from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation and has completed an ESOL Level 2 course in English Language and Literature at the University of Cambridge. Additionally, Ilia earned a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
