Brandy Gaither

Brandy Gaither is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as the Southeast Field Safety Representative and Driver Recruiter at RC Moore since December 2019, Brandy specializes in recruiting Regional and Super Regional Drivers for the East Coast. Previous roles include Branch Manager at Hire Dynamics from May 2016 to November 2019, where Brandy managed full-cycle recruiting and compliance, along with business-to-business sales. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resource and Administrative Coach at Lowe's Companies from August 2010 to February 2016, and as an HR Coordinator at Haldex from 2005 to 2010. Brandy holds an Associate of Science degree in Human Services from Mitchell Community College, earned between 1998 and 2000.
