Dave Cashdollar

Dave Cashdollar serves as the Executive Director of Ecommerce at RC Willey, overseeing a $50 million online store and leading a team of thirty professionals to enhance customer experience and online sales. With prior experience as a Senior Outbound Operations Manager at Amazon, where improvements in training and processes benefitted 3,500 associates, Dave also held roles at Wayfair, Progrexion, Intel Corporation, Apple, and Verizon Wireless. Notably, at Wayfair, Dave significantly expanded sales teams and achieved substantial revenue growth. Educationally, Dave holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music with a Jazz Emphasis from Brigham Young University and a Master's Degree in Jazz Studies & Performance from the University of the Arts.
