Bérénice Guy possesses extensive experience in product management, currently serving as VP Product at RCA since September 2020, and previously held roles including Lead Product Manager and Product Owner. Prior to RCA, Bérénice worked at Direct Assurance where major projects included redesigning subscription pathways and optimizing customer interactions. Bérénice has a solid foundation in transforming project organizations into product-oriented teams and has experience in strategic project management from roles at MS Entrepreneurs - GEM and SCOP 3BIS. Bérénice holds a Mastère Spécialisé Entrepreneurs from Grenoble École de Management and is certified as a Product Manager Full-Stack from Thiga Academy.
