Collin Sullivan

Collin Sullivan currently serves as President and CEO of RCA Electric & Generators, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Collin held senior leadership roles at Generac Power Systems from October 2021 to December 2024, including Senior Director of Sales and Director of Strategic Partnerships. Collin's career also includes significant contributions at Tank Utility as Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships from February 2018 to October 2021, and extensive experience at Cayan LLC, where roles spanned from Senior Director of Strategic Business Development to Channel Sales Manager. Collin's expertise includes sales strategy, business development, and account management, highlighted by a focused approach to reducing costs in payment processing for the heating fuels industry. Collin earned a B.A. in Policy Management from Dickinson College and attended Northfield Mount Hermon.
