RCA REGENERATION is a consultancy practice based in Worcestershire, operating across England and Wales. We specialise in the provision of regeneration and planning consultancy services including grant funding advice, planning advice and development and options appraisals. RCA builds on the established skills of its Managing Director, Rob Csondor, a former employee of English Partnerships and Advantage West Midlands, and links with other established consultancy practices in the fields of planning and development. RCA Regeneration provides a wide range of complementary services to the development industry. RCA Regeneration specialises in providing advice, completing grant application forms, working up business plans and helping organisations and developers through the grant application process, right up to and including the signing of funding agreements. As part of a comprehensive service or as discrete activities, RCA Regeneration can also provide advice and services either directly or in partnership with other consultancy practices in relation to planning and planning gain agreements, valuation, market assessments, project management, delivery options, development appraisal and strategic advice.
