Taylor Marchment

Taylor Marchment is currently the Manufacturing R&D lead at RCAM Technologies, providing guidance and oversight for research and development activities in renewable energy and energy storage components using 3D concrete printing. Taylor is also the Owner of Taylor Made Engineering and Constructions, offering engineering and concrete construction services since 2018. Previously, Taylor worked as a Research Assistant and Academic Tutor at Swinburne University of Technology, focusing on precast concrete panel assembly, 3D concrete printing projects, and teaching engineering subjects. Additionally, Taylor has experience as a Junior Engineer at John Holland and as a Labour Contractor at Zoom Recruitment & Training. With a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Victoria University, Taylor has a strong educational background to support their professional experience in the engineering and construction industry.
