Patti Hawke

Patti Hawke has worked in the leasing industry for years. At RCAP Leasing Inc, Patti holds various managerial roles, including Manager of Credit and Department Manager of Equipment Finance Associates. Patti also completed a leasing leadership internship where Patti managed a team, handled HR functions, and focused on employee growth and development. Additionally, Patti worked as a Subject Matter Expert for lease transactions at RCAP Leasing. Prior to joining RCAP, Patti worked at CIT as an Operations Specialist and Vendor Services Specialist.
