Brian D. Scales

Brian Scales has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as President & CEO of RCAP Solutions, Inc. since October 2020, with a prior tenure in various executive positions at the same organization from 2008 to 2016. Scales held the role of Chief Development & Governmental Affairs Officer and was instrumental as Director of Planning & Development earlier in the career at RCAP. Additionally, the professional experience includes serving as Director of Development at Cleghorn Neighborhood Center for a brief period in 2007-2008. Brian Scales earned a Master of Arts in English from the University of Central Florida between 1993 and 1996.
