Edward J Berte

Edward J Berte has extensive experience in housing quality assurance, currently serving as the Manager of Housing Quality Assurance at RCAP Solutions, Inc. since November 1999. In this role, Edward oversees an inspection department focused on providing Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections for various programs, including the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, DMH, Mode Rehab, Shelter Plus Care, VASH, and S-STAP. Additionally, Edward offers rehabilitation inspection services for CDBG Block Grants and affordable housing initiatives. Prior to this position, Edward owned and operated E & J Remodeling Service from May 1988 to October 1999. Edward completed education at Marlborough High.
