Alex John

Alex leads Investor Relations, oversees corporate finance and M&A across the portfolio.

Alex was previously a Partner at mid-market M&A advisory firm, Livingstone Partners (now Arrowpoint Advisory), with a particular focus on the business services sector. Alex has over 12 years’ experience in M&A and fundraising and has completed over 50 transactions, including sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A and private equity buyouts.

Alex is a qualified chartered accountant having begun his career at KPMG.
