Ash Reek

Ash is an executive chairman working with Rcapital portfolio companies. He works with management teams to provide strategic support throughout the turnaround process.

Since 2012, he is Managing Director of a large, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business, employing circa 400 staff. The business supplies branded and own label food products into all major UK retailers, as well as operating in wholesale and export markets, where it currently sells to approximately 43 different countries.

Prior to this, Ash worked at KPMG as a Transaction Services Director, providing support to clients on financial and operational due diligence, IPO’s and class transactions. During this time, he specialised in large vendor assistance projects, including the sale of Aston Martin and Jaguar Land Rover. An addition to his industrial and automotive experience, Ash led projects across many sectors including IT, media and logistics.
