Yee Won Lam

Yee provides legal advice to Rcapital and the portfolio companies on new investments, exits and other legal issues.

She joined Rcapital in 2009, prior to joining Yee worked at Salans LLP (now Dentons) as a corporate lawyer in both their London and Shanghai offices where her practice focused on M&A and corporate finance.

Yee’s role is varied and diverse: her workload ranges from corporate matters, employment issues, complex restructurings and beyond. She undertakes pre-investment due diligence investigations on all prospective investments and project manages external lawyers on new investments, exits and transactions involving Rcapital’s portfolio companies, as well as advising Rcapital on various matters.

Yee has worked on a series of successful transactions involving Rcapital, such as the acquisition of the Tie Rack group, the sales of Little Chef and Rolling Luggage and more recently, the flotation of the shares of Morses Club plc on AIM.
