Shy Griffin

Shy Griffin, CPA has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services as an Aged, Blind, Disabled Services worker. From 2013 to 2015, Shy worked at Great Plains National Bank as a Loan Review/Loan Compliance employee, where they evaluated, monitored, and reported on the bank's compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. In 2015, Shy joined BKD CPAs & Advisors as a Senior Audit Associate, a role they held until 2018. In 2018, Shy joined RCB Bank as a VP, Data Analytics & Financial Reporting Manager.

Shy Griffin, CPA, completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they also obtained another Bachelor's Degree in Community and Public Health from Iowa State University, which they pursued from 2006 to 2009.
