Jim Dowell

Jim Dowell is an experienced construction professional currently serving as General Superintendent at RCC Associates since May 2015. Previously, Jim held the position of Regional Manager at Salbo Construction from October 2012 to May 2015, specializing in full construction and build out. Additionally, Jim was the Owner of Dowell & Associates from October 2006 to May 2012. Jim holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana State University.
