Rachel Dietzman is currently the Membership Manager at the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council, where Rachel is pursuing a Master of Business Administration through the Marquette University Trinity Fellowship, aimed at developing civic leaders. Rachel has extensive experience in grants management, demonstrated through roles at the RCC Sexual Violence Resource Center and Bayview Foundation, where Rachel managed compliance, reporting, and funding development for substantial public and private grants. Previous positions include grantwriting and transportation coordination at AmeriCorps VISTA, and various roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Rachel holds a double major in Community Nonprofit Leadership and Environmental Studies, along with a minor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an Environmental Studies certificate acquired during a Semester at Sea.

RCC's Community Education and Outreach programs are designed to increase awareness of sexual assault and help create the social change to bring about a world without such violence.
