Atandra Burman

Atandra Burman has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Atandra began their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at Micron Technology. In 2008, they moved to Yahoo! where they held the same role. Atandra then joined Overstock.com in 2009 as a Software Engineering Lead. In 2014, Atandra became the VP of Product & Program Management and Director of Product and Program Management at Y Media Labs. In 2017, they joined NextGen Venture Partners as a Venture Partner. Currently, Atandra is the Founder & CEO of RCE, where they and their team are working to save human lives, particularly diabetics at risk for silent deaths, by developing a unique technology that detects critical cardiac biomarkers early in the stages of reversible heart tissue injury.

Atandra Burman received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Purdue University between 2002 and 2006. Atandra then completed a Medicine program at the University of Medicine and Health Sciences from 2012 to 2014. In 2017, they completed an Executive Education Program (MDC Next Gen) at Columbia Business School.
