Adam Marshall

Director of National Litigation

Adam Marshall is the Director of National Litigation at The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, a position currently held after previously serving as a Staff Attorney and Senior Staff Attorney there. They were a Knight Foundation Litigation Attorney and a Jack Nelson - Dow Jones Foundation Legal Fellow, working on a range of open government issues. Adam has also held positions at organizations including the Electronic Privacy Information Center, the National Whistleblowers Center, and the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project. They earned a Juris Doctor with High Honors from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Kalamazoo College.
