Carson Gardner has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2016, Carson worked as a Logistics Executive at JEAR Logistics, LLC. In 2017, they joined Global Knowledge as an Account Manager, where they developed and delivered training solutions for clients in the IT industry. In 2018, Carson moved to ettain group, initially working as a Resource Specialist before becoming a Business Development Manager and later a Senior Technical Recruiter. Finally, in 2021, Carson joined RCG LLC as the Director of Operations.
Carson Gardner attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.

RCG is a real estate investment, development, and management firm with offices in the Greater Boston Metropolitan area, historic downtown Salem, Massachusetts and Western North Carolina in Brevard. We own and manage over 1,000 apartments and retail units and we develop new or rehabilitate old residential and commercial properties for rental or for sale. Our aim is to provide out-of-the-ordinary and environmentally friendly places to live and work at reasonable prices and to give our residents responsive and professional services.
