Courtney Bise has a diverse work experience in the field of education and behavioral health. Courtney is currently working as a Clinical Supervisor at Hybridge Learning Group since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Training and Professional Development Senior Manager at Recognizing Children's Gifts Behavioral Health Network from March 2018. Courtney also held the position of ABA Director at the same company from October 2014 to March 2018. Before that, they worked as a Level One Autism Teacher at Hanover County from August 2013 to August 2014. Courtney'searly career began as an ABA Classroom Teacher at The Faison Center from April 2008 to August 2013.

Courtney Bise attended Florida Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2014 and studied Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they earned a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. Before their master's degree, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2002 to 2006.

Courtney also obtained several certifications as additional qualifications. Courtney became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in May 2014. Courtney acquired the Safety Care Trainer certification from QBS, Inc. in March 2015. Lastly, they obtained the Licensed Behavior Analyst license from the State of Virginia in August 2014.
