Joshua Adams

Joshua Adams is the Director of ERP Operations at RChilli. Joshua has over 15 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Prior to joining RChilli, Joshua was the Regional Director at Great Recruiters, where they helped transform the reputation of the recruiting industry. Joshua has also held positions as the Director of Sales at aRefChex, Inc and the Regional Sales Director at Daxtra Technologies. Joshua is a thought leader in the staffing industry and is passionate about helping recruiters deliver a great candidate experience.

Joshua Adams began their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Management Information Systems from Liberty University. Joshua then went on to obtain an Associates Degree in General Studies from Saint Louis Community College.

They work with Vinod Bhardwaj - Chief Technical Officer, Inder Pal Singh - Sr. Director, Development, and Jitender Thakur - Head of IT Infrastructure & Information Security. Joshua Adams reports to Vinay Johar, Chief Executive Officer.
