Vinay Johar

Vinay Johar is the current Chief Executive Officer at RChilli. Vinay has previous experience as the CEO and Product Director at Connoisseur Infotech Pvt. Ltd. from January 2004 to April 2014. Vinay was responsible for taking the exit from the Consulting business of Connoisseur and focusing entirely on new product development Parsing Solutions. With just eight initial members, they started building the product, and they took responsibility to interview prospects, maintained product sprints, and got initial anchor customers.

With leading enterprises in India viz Wipro, Hexaware, Samsung, and many more signing up with us, lead to my new challenge of growth. And that's when they moved to the USA with Rchilli and ensure we achieve our success.

Prior to their experience at Connoisseur Infotech, Vinay Johar worked as a Business Analyst at Tata Infotech from April 1998 to February 2001.

Vinay Johar graduated with a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Vinay also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Punjab Engineering College.
