Elaine Rossouw

Elaine Rossouw possesses extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as a Support Officer: HR and Payroll and previously as a System Analyst: Payroll at RCL FOODS since January 2016. Prior to this, Elaine held the position of HR Officer at Tsb Sugar (Pty) Ltd. from 2010 to December 2017, focusing on recruitment, psychometric evaluations, organizational development, and industrial relations. Additionally, Elaine worked as an SAP Training Facilitator in RCL Foods' Sugar & Milling Division from 2010 to 2015, where responsibilities included identifying competency gaps and developing training curricula. Earlier experience includes roles at Tsb Sugar RSA as HR Officer and at SITA as a Trainer/Programmer. Elaine completed a B SOC Sc in Psychology at UOVS from 1989 to 1992 and achieved Matric at Hoërskool Overkruin from 1984 to 1988.
