Mahomed Sohail Abdoola

Mahomed Sohail Abdoola is an experienced professional in human resources and project management, currently serving as HR Information Systems & Project Manager at RCL FOODS since February 2018. Previous roles at RCL FOODS include Reward & Analytics Specialist and HR Practitioner, along with management trainee positions focusing on talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and human resources. Prior experience includes working as a Brand Ambassador at Atomic Marketing and serving as an Academic Tutor for Psychology 101 at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Mahomed holds a Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, as well as an Emerging Leaders Development Programme in Organizational Leadership from Nelson Mandela University Business School.
