Ruvanya Naidoo

Ruvanya Naidoo is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Information Systems and Project Controller at RCL FOODS since April 2025. Prior to this role, Ruvanya worked as a Business Analyst in Human Resources at Vector Logistics for a brief period in early 2025, and previously held multiple positions at RCL FOODS, including Human Resources Information Systems Specialist and Team Leader for Centralised Human Resources and Payroll Administration, from July 2021 to January 2025. Ruvanya's earlier experience also includes roles as an English Tutor and language consultant with MPC Recruitment, as well as an Industrial Psychology Tutor and Mentor at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Educational qualifications include an Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and certifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and Human Resource Management.
